Our traditional Cotswold stone building here at Snowshill Lavender was originally used as stabling and fodder store. We have retained many of the original features such as rings for the hay nets, and all of the timber roof structure has been cleaned and left in its natural state to enjoy the beauty of the wooden beams. This conversion took place over the winter of 2001/2 in preparation for the opening of Snowshill Lavender on May 10th 2002. We are eternally grateful to friends both old and new who helped us in its conversion.
